Allow us to do the heavy lifting, and we'll set up the perfect beach day for you! We'll take care of your beach set-up and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the day!​ Perfect for any occasion; girl's day, birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, corporate retreats/team builders and family reunions.

All of our beach setups include up to 5 hours of service with more time available if requested. You pick the day, start time, and location or we can suggest a few options based on the desired experience.

Q: How many guests can you accommodate? - Our Beach Day Package can accommodate between 6-20 beach participants with their own chair and inclusions. - Our SIGNATURE BEACH EXPERIENCE can accommodate between 6-10 beach participants with their own chair and inclusions.

Q: How far in advance should I book? A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays, weekends, and peak travel seasons. Availability is limited and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? - A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. - The remaining balance is due three (3) days before your Beach Day Experience. - Once the final payment has been collected, all payments become non-refundable. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within three (3) days of the service date, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. - In the event of severe weather, including thunderstorms, tropical storm warnings, hurricanes, or unsafe beach conditions, WELAS will work with guests to reschedule their experience. Any payments made will be applied to the new date. Guests will have up to three (3) months to reschedule, subject to our availability.

Q: What beaches do you service? - WELAS is located in the very western part of the island in Rincon, Puerto Rico. We service any beach located in Rincon, Aguadilla, Aguada, Isabela and Añasco. Beach set-ups outside of those areas, incur an extended area fee that will vary based on your request. Contact us at (787) 922-1542 or email hello@welastransport.com for an exact quote.

Q: What if I'm running late to my event? Arrival, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: - We reserve the right to cancel the event without refund if no guest is present within one (1) hour of the scheduled start time. - If you anticipate being delayed, please notify our team as soon as possible. - Event durations will not be extended due to late arrivals and will conclude at the time specified on your reservation. - If you would like to extend your experience, additional time may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Extensions are subject to availability.

Q: How do I reserve a Beach Day Experience? A: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. Once your deposit is received, we'll begin planning your experience and coordinate all details with you.

Q: What is your inclement weather policy? Inclement Weather Policy Beach experiences operate rain or shine. Light rain, passing showers, cloudy conditions, or forecast uncertainty do not automatically qualify for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund. Inclement weather may include severe thunderstorms, lightning, tropical storm or hurricane warnings, sustained winds or gusts exceeding 20 mph, dangerous surf conditions, flooding, or other weather-related conditions that may impact the safety of guests, staff, or equipment. WELAS reserves the sole right to determine whether weather conditions are unsafe and whether an event should be postponed or rescheduled. We do not issue refunds due to weather. In the event that WELAS determines conditions are unsafe, we will work with guests to reschedule their experience. Any payments made will be applied toward the new reservation date. Guests will have up to three (3) months from the original event date to reschedule, subject to availability.

Q: Do you recommend travel insurance? A: Yes. - We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as flight delays, medical emergencies, weather disruptions, or trip cancellations. - Our cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of the reason for cancellation.
