Camuy Caverns Tour
& Sightseeing
Details: 6 Hours (including driving time) | 8:30-2:30PM | $115 Children | $135 Adults

The Río Camuy Cave Park is located in Puerto Rico's northwestern region, and it covers three towns: Camuy, Hatillo, and Lares. The caverns are part of an extensive network of natural limestone caves and underground waterways carved out by the Río Camuy, the third-largest underground river in the world.

The drive to Camuy from Rincon is about a 1h 25 min. Once we arrive at the Cave Park, you'll be guided by one of the park's tour guides and hike down a paved walkway surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. You will have the opportunity to learn and admire all the stalagmites, stalactites, and cave creatures. The walking tour is approximately 1.5-2 hours.

We then head over to enjoy lunch at an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant and end the day eating some home-made ice cream at a shop that has been in business for over 4 decades in the beautiful town of Lares.
